SeeSEA User Terms of Service

1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the SeeSEA platform (hereinafter
referred to as “the Platform”), operated by SeeSEA Corporation (hereinafter referred
to as “the Company”). These Terms govern all users’ (hereinafter referred to as
“You”) use of the Platform.
1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or
using the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree,
please refrain from using the Platform.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will
be announced on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such
modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age as required by
the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.2 You must provide accurate and truthful registration information and keep it up to
date.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any
violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
2.4 You must not have been convicted of, or pleaded guilty/no contest to, any
serious criminal offense, including but not limited to violent or sexual crimes, unless
officially pardoned for a non-violent offense and deemed non-threatening to other
users of the Platform.
2.5 You may hold only one account on the Platform, and You must not have been
previously removed or banned from the Platform or its affiliates unless expressly
permitted in writing by the Company.
If You cease to meet any of the above qualifications, your authorization to access the
Platform will be automatically revoked, and your account may be deleted without
prior notice. The Company reserves the right to restrict or revoke access at its sole
discretion.

3. Platform Features
3.1 The Platform provides multilingual translation, voting, commenting, and
content-unlocking features to foster community connections among Southeast Asian
migrant workers and new residents.
3.2 Interactive functions include likes, comments, reposts, and shares.
User-generated content must comply with these Terms, and the Platform reserves
the right to review or remove content.
3.3 Users may access basic features for free or purchase tokens (“Tokens”) to
access premium content or participate in votes.
3.4 The Platform offers referral or invitation mechanisms allowing users to invite
others to join and earn referral rewards. Misuse of referral systems (e.g., fake
accounts or circular referrals) is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in loss of
referral rewards, VIP status, or account restrictions. The Platform reserves the right
to modify, review, or revoke rewards.

4. User Conduct and Code of Behavior
4.1 You agree to:
● Comply with these Terms and any future amendments.
● Review and follow our Community Guidelines, which are updated periodically.
● Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy, intellectual property, and anti-spam
regulations.
● Use the most recent version of the Platform’s website or application.
● Take reasonable steps to protect your login information.
4.2 You agree not to engage in any of the following actions:
● Post or share illegal content (e.g., pornography, violence, hate speech as defined by
applicable law).
● Harass, bully, stalk, threaten, defame, or harm others in any form.
● Infringe upon others’ privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
● Spread false information, fraud, or malicious code.
● Interfere with or disrupt Platform operations (e.g., hacking).
● Use the Platform in a manner that damages or disrupts its services or networks.
● Use virtual goods or Tokens for illegal financial activities, including money laundering.
● Engage in political fundraising or election influence activities through the Platform.
● Use another user’s account without authorization.
● Solicit personal data, passwords, or money from other users for unlawful or
commercial purposes.
● Employ automated tools such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers to extract Platform data.
● Upload viruses, malicious code, perform actions that compromise Platform security.
● Forge headers or identifiers to disguise content origin.
● Modify, decompile, translate, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or disassemble
Platform content or software.
● Use or develop third-party apps that interact with the Platform without written
consent.
● Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or its networks.
● Encourage or participate in any activity that violates these Terms.
4.3 Users shall respect Southeast Asian cultures and religions and avoid
discriminatory or blasphemous content.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to review, remove, or suspend accounts that
violate these Terms.
The Platform promotes a positive, respectful, and inclusive community. Users are
encouraged to report inappropriate content or behavior. Any misuse of Platform
content for commercial or unlawful purposes may result in immediate account
termination.

5. Token Purchase and Usage Policy
5.1 Users may purchase Tokens through payment methods provided within the
Platform to participate in votes or unlock creator content.
5.2 Tokens are valid only within the Platform and cannot be redeemed or refunded
except as required by law.
5.3 Token purchases and usage are considered final and non-refundable.
5.4 The Platform may adjust Token prices or usage terms, with changes announced
publicly.
5.5 If a user’s account is suspended or deleted, any remaining Tokens will be void
without compensation.
5.6 Users reaching certain thresholds may be upgraded to VIP status and receive
additional benefits.
5.7 The Platform may issue “Reward Tokens” for promotional or operational
purposes. Reward Tokens function the same as regular Tokens but have expiration
periods (typically 30 days). Expired Reward Tokens cannot be renewed, exchanged,
or reissued. Each user may receive up to 399 Reward Tokens per year, and the
Platform reserves the right to modify the related activities.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 By uploading content (text, images, videos), You grant the Company a
non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide license to use such content for promotion and
operations.
6.2 Users must ensure ownership of all uploaded content. The Company reserves
the right to use such materials for promotional purposes. Upon deletion requests, the
Company will remove content within a reasonable time but retains rights to previously
distributed materials.
6.3 All technology, design, and trademarks of the Platform are owned by the
Company and may not be used without prior authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Platform is provided “as is” and without any warranty of error-free or
uninterrupted operation.
7.2 The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from force majeure events
(e.g., natural disasters) or third-party actions (e.g., hacking).
7.3 Users are solely responsible for their actions and content. While the Platform isn’t
obligated to monitor content, it reserves the right to remove content when necessary.
7.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data,
or intangible loss), even if advised of such possibility.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Your personal data is protected under the Company’s Privacy Policy, which
should be reviewed carefully.
8.2 The Company collects, uses, and shares personal data only within the limits
permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination and Dispute Resolution
9.1 You may stop using the Platform at any time. The Company may terminate your
account immediately if You violate these Terms. Upon termination, any remaining
Tokens, VIP rights, or content access will expire without refund or compensation.
9.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any
disputes shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

10.SeeSEA Child Safety Standards
SeeSEA is committed to maintaining a safe and trusted social environment and enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The platform strictly prohibits sexualized content involving minors, grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, or any actions that facilitate the creation or distribution of such illegal content. SeeSEA implements in-app reporting tools, content review, and account risk controls to prevent and address violations. Upon detection or report, related content will be promptly removed, involved accounts may be restricted or terminated, and cases will be reported to relevant authorities when legally required. Users can report suspected child safety violations directly within the SeeSEA app or contact our designated safety point of contact at seesea.service@gmail.com
. SeeSEA complies with all applicable child protection laws and continuously strengthens its safety measures.
