referred to as "the Company") through the SeeSEA , including but not limited to: mobile
applications, official websites, promotional events, surveys, creator interactions, voting, and
premium content unlocking functions (collectively referred to as "Services").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with
any terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.

all data related to users of the SeeSEA.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy This policy applies to all Services provided through the
SeeSEA . If a particular Service has a separate privacy policy, that policy will take
precedence.
3. Types of Data We Collect We may collect the following categories of data:

● User Profile Data: including nickname, profile picture, gender, language, interests,
region, date of birth, and creator preferences.
● Interaction Records: such as likes, comments, votes, content unlocking, follows,

device ID, and error logs.

including but not limited to signing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with data
recipients.

reasonable timeframe.
8. Data Retention Period Unless otherwise required by law, we retain your personal
data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of collection. After account
deactivation or deletion, most data will be deleted within 90 days. Certain data
required for accounting, taxation, or legal compliance may be retained for a longer
period.

In the event of a company merger, asset transfer, or other transaction involving a change in
business operations, your personal data may be transferred along with the assets and will
continue to be protected under this policy.
9. Protection of Minors' Privacy SeeSEA is intended only for users aged 13 or above or
those with full legal capacity. If a user is found to be underage or not eligible, the
Platform reserves the right to immediately disable the account and delete related
data.

10. Policy Updates If there are significant changes to this policy, we will notify users via
in-app announcements or email and highlight the changes on our website homepage.
We recommend reviewing the latest version regularly to stay informed.

11.Third-Party Content & Rights Statement
SeeSEA may provide users with links to or embedded content from third-party platforms (such as TikTok video links, sharing features, embedded playback, or publicly available content accessed via official third-party SDKs/APIs).
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the terms of use of third-party platforms. Unless lawful authorization or consent from the rights holder has been obtained, SeeSEA does not download, reproduce, re-upload, or distribute content from third-party platforms.
If users post, share, or link third-party content on SeeSEA, they are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained the necessary authorization or that their actions comply with the applicable third-party platform policies. In the event of any infringement of rights, SeeSEA reserves the right to remove such content and take appropriate actions in accordance with its policies.

12.Use of Location Information
When users grant location permission, SeeSEA uses device location data (such as GPS or network-based location) to provide the “Nearby Partner Stores” feature. This includes displaying nearby AsiaLife partner stores (up to five), estimating distances, and sorting results accordingly.
Granting location permission is optional. If users choose not to enable location access, they may still use other SeeSEA features and may search for stores by manually entering a location or keywords (where such alternative options are available).
SeeSEA uses location information only to the extent necessary to provide the above features and does not use precise location data for purposes unrelated to these services. Unless required to deliver the service (for example, requesting a list of nearby stores), SeeSEA does not share users’ precise location data with third parties.
